What is The Foundation Academy?
The Foundation Academy is a coed, college preparatory school serving grades Kindergarten through twelve. The Foundation Academy focuses on the arts as a key to the development of critical thinking, self-discipline and confidence.

Why would I choose a private school for my child?
Parents prefer the smaller class sizes, excellent teachers and high quality academic standards. Students receive more individualized attention in a school focused on their academic, social and emotional well-being. Private schools offer a closer knit community for students and parents.

What type of curriculum do you have?
The Foundation Academy customizes in personalized art-centered education. Our curriculum focuses on the arts as an avenue for achievement. We offer a college preparatory curriculum to prepare students for future success.


When can I enroll my child in your school?

We have an open enrollment system and fill classes based on availability.

Are you accredited?
The Foundation Academy is accredited by the National Independent Private School Association and The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) through its Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (CASI) and the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA).

Are you affiliated with a religious organization?
We are a non-denominational Christian school and we offer a daily bible study discussing spiritual questions in our often turbulent world. We are not affiliated with any church or religious organization.

What electives are available?
Students participate in a variety of art classes, band, dance, and performing arts. Students may participate in community service projects, school events and field trips.
